Mr. Gomez first came up with an idea to convert part of his home into a martial arts school and do what we called “garage training” because we were literally in a garage converted into a professional martial arts studio. We have now expanded and are now operating in a commerical facility in the City of East Los Angeles. We are on the border line of South Montebello, Commerce and East LA on the corner of Garfield Ave & Ferguson Dr.
We have a fun, safe & clean dedicated martial arts studio offering classes in Jeff Speakman's Kenpo 5.0 Karate & Cardio Kickboxing. We also offer Specialty classes in Women's Self Defense & Muay Thai Kickboxing. We are all are considered family to each other and we treat each other as such. We grow together, we train together and we excel together. Our group has been known to be the best of the best and it really shows. Our philosophy is that it doesnt matter where you train, it's HOW you train. Our history and reputation speaks for itself.
